Current position

Mortgage Early Payoff does not require cookies or persistent browser storage to calculate an early payoff scenario. The balance, rate, term, and extra-payment values you enter remain in the active page and are not written to a cookie, local storage, or session storage.

The current public V1 site does not use advertising cookies, targeting cookies, social-media tracking cookies, or cookies for accounts and payments. Login, payment, language-switching, and theme-switching controls are not enabled as public product features.

What cookies are

A cookie is a small text value a website or service provider can ask a browser to store. Similar technologies can include local storage, session storage, pixels, and browser identifiers. They can support essential delivery and security, remember preferences, measure usage, or track activity for advertising. Mortgage Early Payoff does not use all of those categories merely because they are technically possible.

First-party browser state currently used

The public site shell creates or may create limited first-party state that is separate from the mortgage calculation:

• PARAGLIDE_LOCALE cookie: Stores the active language code used by the site's language-routing infrastructure. The current public content is English and the observed value is en. The cookie does not contain calculator inputs or an account identifier.
• tsr-scroll-restoration-* session storage: TanStack Router can use this browser-session key to restore scroll positions during navigation. It does not contain calculator inputs and is scoped to the browser session.

No mortgage scenario is saved in localStorage.

Essential delivery and security

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Workers and delivered through Cloudflare's network. Cloudflare may use essential, short-lived cookies or similar security mechanisms when needed to manage traffic, mitigate abuse, or present a security challenge. These mechanisms are controlled by the infrastructure response and are not used by the mortgage calculator to save your loan figures.

Blocking essential security technology may prevent a protected request from completing, although the calculator itself does not depend on a preference or session cookie.

Analytics and advertising

At the date shown above, the public site does not load advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies. It also does not use your calculator inputs for analytics. Ordinary request and operational log data may still be processed by the hosting infrastructure as described in the Privacy Policy.

If the site later activates an analytics tool or another feature that uses cookies or persistent browser storage, this policy will identify the provider, purpose, data category, and available controls before that practice is treated as part of the published product.

Browser controls

Most browsers let you inspect, block, or delete cookies and site data. The controls are usually available under privacy or site settings. Because the calculator does not need a cookie to perform its math, clearing site data will not remove a server-side saved mortgage scenario—there is no such saved scenario in V1.

Changes to this policy

This policy will be revised when the site's actual cookie or storage behavior changes. The date at the top identifies the current version.
